Dr. Billy King has 20 years of experience with 15 of those years being a teacher and coach and 5 being part of administration. Dr. King received his Bachelor's of Science from the University of Southern Mississippi, his Master's from Mississippi College, and his Doctorate from the University of Phoenix. He has a passion for serving students and watching them succeed no matter their situation. He strives to provide a welcoming environment to all students and work with them to help them achieve their goals. Dr. King is married to his wife Laura and has a son, Bryce. In his spare time, Dr. King likes to cook, attend sporting events, and play golf.
Nicole Turner

Mrs. Nicole Turner is a teacher at Leake County Alternative School. Mrs. Turner has been employed with Leake County School District for three years. Mrs. Turner has twenty years of experience in early childhood education. Mrs. Turner received her Associate Degree in Applied Science in Child Development Education Technology from Hinds Community College, Bachelor's of Science in Education, Master's in Early Childhood Education, and Specialist Degree in Psychometry from Jackson State University. Mrs. Turner is dedicated to her students' academic success and maximizes their learning experience. Mrs. Turner is married with three children and five grandchildren. Her motto is “In order to do something different, you have to do something you’ve never done before”.
Courtney Spivey

Ms. Courtney Spivey is the teaching assistant of Leake County Alternative School. She has a passion and drive for her job and makes sure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. She loves to work with children and has eleven years of experience in early childhood education. She is a proud mother of three children. In her spare time she likes to write poetry.

My name is Samantha Wilson, my students know me as Miss Sam! I am a first year teacher! I am 23 years old and currently getting my Master's degree in Teaching at Mississippi State University. I received my Bachelor's in Psychology from Mississippi State University before deciding to pursue a career in teaching! I am so excited to be teaching for the Leake County School District and can not wait to see what this year brings for me and my students!
